Hi all, I’ve been trying to troubleshoot my litter robot 3 for a while and the agent is always offline on the app so I can’t get any help on fixing it. My red light for cat timing does not come on and it will not cycle unless I press the button. I replaced the DFI sensors a few month back but I don’t think that’s the problem.Details. I concluded (before disassembly) that it was both the pinch sensor and the DFI assemble causing me trouble so in a Hail Mary I tried to fix both problems in one go. On my litter robot I found and removed 9 screws from the underside of the base to access the electronics within the base.The Litter-Robot 3 is equipped with infrared emitters and sensors, called DFI sensors, located above the Waste Drawer that check if the drawer is full each time the Globe returns to the Home position. In the event you need to replace your DFI sensors, please follow these instructions.
